I just placed an order. What's next?
Most orders will ship out within 48 business hours. In the event a product is out of stock, you will receive a follow-up email with back order status notifying you of the delay and the estimated time until it will leave our facility.
PO & APO Boxes:
We are unable to fulfill orders going to a PO or APO Box. You will need to supply an alternative address.

International Shipping:
We can ship internationally, message us for international shipping quote. Note: international shipping rates are open to adjustments once the order is received.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders(unless otherwise noted) ship UPS Ground. These are the estimated shipping times for UPS Ground:
East Coast: 2-3 business days
Midwest: 3-4 business days
Southwest: 4-5 business days
West Coast: 4-7 business days
Returns, Cancelations and Exchange Policies
Returns are only accepted on brand new parts up to 30 days after shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We at Quinten Racing strive to offer our customers the best customer service available. If you have an issue, please notify us immediately so the problem can be fixed as quickly as possible.
Canceling an existing order on "made to order" items are also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Canceling an order for "standard stock" items before shipping label is printed is acceptable. Products on "back order" are still considered standard stock.
